Our Mission

Statement of Faith

Equipping the saints with the whole word of God for the glory of God

01

We believe the Bible is the inspired and only infallible authoritative Word of God, inerrant as originally received.

02

We believe there is only one God eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

03

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, His miracles and sinless life. His substitutionary and atoning death through His shed blood for the forgiveness of sins for all who believe, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the Father and His personal return in power and glory.

04

We believe that salvation is a free gift of God by grace through faith in Jesus Christ and not of works, and is essential for eternal life in heaven.

05

We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is able to live a godly life.

06

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved: those who received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior to the resurrection of life and those who rejected Him to the resurrection of damnation.

07

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus. One Body In Christ

How to Read Your Bible

1. Pray and ask God to speak to and teach you before you read.

Bible reading isn’t meant to be a religious duty but a daily discipline to develop a wonderful, interactive friendship with Jesus.

2. Start at the beginning of a book in the Bible (there are 66 to choose from) and continue as time allows each day until it is completed.

Then move on to the next or another book. A suggestion is to alternate reading books of the New and Old Testament, or a chapter of each at the same time. Or you can just travel consecutively through the Bible.

A sample plan could be to read a chapter in the Gospel of Luke daily, then move to Genesis, then Acts, Exodus, Romans, Psalms, John, Proverbs, etc.

3. Keep a notebook.

Write down verses that stand out to you and your thoughts or response to them, or what you learned about the Lord as you read.

4. Share what you are reading with others.

This is also a great way to remember things you are learning.

5. Make Bible reading a daily habit.

As much as possible, first thing in the morning is a great way to start each day with the Lord. Pray for God to help you find time each day to spend with Him in prayer and His word.

6. Continue to learn deeper with other believers.

Attend a Bible teaching church regularly, hearing the word of God explained by a trusted pastor, and sharing thoughts and prayers with others.
